Your career story is not a marketing asset.
Effective 12 September 2026. Resume files are read in your browser to extract their text. That text is sent for AI processing only after you give the required processing consent. Saving a source or generated resume in our private workspace is a separate, optional choice that is not preselected and requires your email address.
Career diagnostic choices
The 49-question diagnostic creates its dashboard and PDF in your browser. Before the report is created, you may optionally ask us to retain your complete answers for your future access. This requires an email address and records the time and version of your consent. You may instead, or additionally, contribute anonymous insight metrics. Anonymous insight records include selected categories and numeric readiness scores but exclude your email and written answers. Neither option is preselected, and declining both does not prevent report creation.
What we collect
For resume-service requests: name, email, optional phone, target role, career level, selected services, career brief, consent evidence, and request status. If you opt into private resume storage, we also retain the source resume text, your tailoring inputs, and the generated resume so you can request them later. For stored diagnostic responses: the email and answers you explicitly authorize. Please do not submit government identifiers, passwords, payment-card data, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information.
How we use it
Service and stored diagnostic information is used only to provide and administer the requested experience or future access. Marketing permission is separate and optional. Career briefs, resumes, diagnostic answers, employment history, education, and documents are not added to the marketing list.
Storage and analytics
Authorized service and diagnostic records are stored in an access-controlled Notion workspace. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregated usage such as visits and page interactions. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may withdraw marketing permission or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing rakesh@bharatreborn.com. Operational records may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, or resolving a service request.
